The Terwilliger Center is pleased to announce the winners for the 2022 housing awards!

Information on the winners for the Robert C. Larson Housing Policy Leadership Award is available here, and the winners for the Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable Housing Award and the new Terwilliger Center Award for Innovation in Attainable Housing can be found here.

The application period for the 2023 housing awards has closed. Winners will be announced at ULI’s Fall Meeting in Los Angeles, and applications will reopen for the 2024 cycle in the fall.

Each year, the ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing highlights the efforts of leaders across the country working to expand housing opportunity. The Center has traditionally honored two awards but, beginning in 2022, the Center will recognize a third award.

The Robert C. Larson Housing Policy Leadership Award recognizes innovative state and local policy initiatives that support the creation and preservation of affordable and workforce housing.

The Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Workforce Housing Award and the newly created Terwilliger Center Award for Innovation in Attainable Housing honor developments that expand housing opportunities in their communities.
