Fort Monroe is seeking developers experienced with adaptive reuse of historic buildings. The sites include 300,000+ sq.ft., 11.5+ acres, and 13 historic buildings for residential, office, hospitality, and retail spaces. Submissions due February 1, 2022. May be eligible for historic tax credits.
