The publication What’s Next? The report responds to What’s Next? Real Estate in the New Economy, a series of questions posed by ULI at its 2011 Fall Meeting about the next era of urban development and economics.

Getting Ahead of Change synthesizes the lessons learned from the yearlong dialogue spurred by Real Estate in the New Economy. At national and international events held after the first report’s release, ULI found that individual professions, real estate products, and the professional practices of the past may need to be refined or reinvented to embrace a new generation of value creation in five key areas.
