Rachel Cluett is a Manager with Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Green and Healthy Housing Financing Business. In this role Rachel manages Fannie Mae’s Healthy Housing Rewards, an innovative new mortgage loan that offers financial incentives to affordable multifamily property owners who incorporate health promoting design-features or resident services into their properties. Rachel also contributes to the management of Fannie Mae’s green financing products, which are aimed at improving the energy and water efficiency of the country’s multifamily housing stock.
Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Rachel was a senior research analyst for the Buildings Program at the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE), a non-profit specializing in research and technical assistance on energy efficiency programs, policies, and standards. Before joining ACEEE, Rachel worked as an energy auditor for an environmental consulting firm performing energy audits and green building assessments.
Cluett holds a Master of Public Health degree from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources with a concentration in resource policy and management from Cornell University.
