A new report from the Urban Land Institute (ULI) explores how floodplain buyouts can be a cost-effective land

Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is seeking a developer with an innovative mixed-use redevelopment plan for their site at 1050 Murphy Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30310 that creates a maximum number of sustainable living-wage jobs that are accessible to the neighborhood residents, provides economic opportunities for the surrounding community, affordable housing, green space, innovative site design, and other program elements in a manner that enhances the site and the surrounding neighborhoods. The project site is adjacent to the Atlanta BeltLine, one of the largest, most wide-ranging urban redevelopment programs in the United States. The 22-mile trail and transit loop aims strives to be the catalyst for making Atlanta a global beacon for equitable, inclusive, and sustainable city life.
