The ULI Graduate Student Fellowship is a two-year program open to graduate students in real estate disciplines who are attending Cornell, UC Berkeley, UC Boulder, and the University of Pennsylvania. The fellowship starts during the second year of graduate school and continues for another year after the fellows graduate. The program provides the highest level of exposure to the ULI experience for exemplary graduate students of primarily real estate and allied design programs while seeding ULI with tomorrow’s industry leaders. Through this program, students participate in ULI events and educational activities at a very formative point in their careers.
To build on this successful program, ULI Young Leaders who work in the public sector or nonprofit sector in the geographic area served by ULI San Francisco are eligible for the ULI Chamberlin Young Leader in the Public/Non-Profit Sector Fellowship. One such fellowship will be offered annually. ULI/Chamberlin Young Leader Fellowships will run for two-year terms and are limited to members under 35 at the time they are selected for the Fellowship.
Apply to this two-year program to receive a dedicated mentor and access to ULI membership, events, and educational activities—at a time when these experiences can have an indelible impact on your career. This competitive program is offered in conjunction with ULI’s Product Councils for students at Cornell, UC Berkeley, UC Boulder, and the University of Pennsylvania.
