Undergraduate Students
- Any undergraduate student can sign up for a free ULI account, without becoming a member, to receive invitations to events and updates on research reports and other content from ULI. Visit the New Account page to create a login and profile and select the topics that interest you.
- Based on the address you provide in your profile, ULI will assign you to a District Council so that you can receive information about local events, webinars, and educational offerings.
- Nonmembers can attend most ULI events, however, events are free or discounted for students who are ULI members.
- ULI Student Membership – ULI Student Membership is available at 75% off the regular Associate Member rate. Visit org/join to become a member.
- Members can access the ULI Member Directory; ULI Navigator; ULI Knowledge Finder; ULI Case Studies; Urban Land magazine; ULI Bookstore discounts; local and national events; and eligibility for local leadership roles, among other benefits.
- Membership fees can be billed monthly ($11/month).
- ULI Spring Meeting and ULI Fall Meeting – Leverage valuable networking and education opportunities at the premier real estate and land use convenings.
- ULI Spring Meeting convenes in person in Nashville, TN, May 5–7, 2026. Students benefit from discounted rates and a dedicated student-specific education track.

- Student Scholarship to Fall/Spring Meeting – Students can apply for complimentary registration provided by donations from our generous members. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with limited availability. APPLY HERE for Spring Meeting 2026 scholarship opportunities.
- YLG Americas – The Young Leaders Group (YLG) network creates opportunities for young professionals under the age of 35 to develop skills and build relationships that will help advance their careers and foster an understanding of thoughtful development practices. Engage in YLG locally or nationally via the YLG Americas Committee and Student Subcommittee.
- ULI Etkin Scholars – Through this program, designated ULI District Councils provide a cohort of graduate and undergraduate students with ULI memberships, offer Scholar-specific programming, and introduce Scholars to the resources available through ULI membership. Applications open in early fall each year.
