Real Estate Instruction Programs

ULI Real Estate Instruction Programs—available as both in-person events and archived online videos—provide attendees with practical, hands-on knowledge and instruction on the real estate development process and development finance. You will gain an effective and concrete knowledge of the real estate development process and the interdisciplinary nature of the business. The courses demonstrate and explain the varied components and professional skills required in real estate development and development finance.

In-person programs encourage interaction among participants and instructors to foster a more complete understanding of the development process and the wider real estate industry, as well planned networking opportunities. A continental breakfast and a luncheon are provided each day to give attendees the opportunity to interact with each other and the instructors. In addition, a networking reception is offered at the end of the first day of each course.
