The ULI Americas Awards for Excellence Jury typically consists of ten to fifteen ULI members who are highly experienced in their fields. Members of the jury are recognized leaders who represent a broad geographic diversity and many areas of real estate and land use expertise. The jury meets twice. In the first meeting, the jury select finalists. Before the second meeting, at least one juror visits the finalist project or meets virtually with the finalist project team.
