2025 Data Providers (optional for participants)
Esri is the global leader in geographic information system (GIS) software. Our greatest challenges—including climate change, sustainability, and social and economic inequality—are interrelated and inherently tied to issues of geography. A science-based, geographic approach can help us understand these interconnected problems holistically by integrating all kinds of information. During the ULI Hines Competition, all participants will have access to our ArcGIS software including ArcGIS Urban, ArcGIS CityEngine, and ArcGIS Business Analyst to model, analyze, and design your development proposals.
RSMeans data is an online database tool that consists of relevant local construction cost information that is comprised of material, labor and/or equipment prices. Two members from each team will be offered access to this by signing up in December. This software will give you the ability to search data, create your own estimates, leverage square foot models and so much more. This software is a great resource for local market data and can be used as a high-functioning cost estimator for project development proposals. To learn more and watch training videos visit this page. If you are sharing estimates/folders here is a help guide.
