The ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing hosted an exclusive, members-only webinar highlighting New Trends in Residential Development, on March 8, 2013 from 2:00 – 3:00 PM EST.
During the webinar, Terwilliger Center National Advisory Board members John McIlwain and Robert Sharpe discussed the findings of two of the Center’s latest reports: Housing in America: The Baby Boomers Turn 65 and Residential Futures: Thought-Provoking Ideas on What’s Next for Master-Planned Communities. Following these brief presentations, these housing experts participated in lively conversation addressing the changing demographics and needs of homebuyers and renters; and, the future of master-planned communities as housing needs and preferences shift for Americans.
