ULI NEXT Leadership Initiative Entrepreneur Showcase

The ULI NEXT Leadership Initiative will host its inaugural Entrepreneur Showcase event at the Spring Meeting in Houston. The NEXT Leadership Initiative is focused on identifying, engaging, empowering, and celebrating the next generation of real estate industry leaders between the ages of 35 and 45.

The interactive panel discussion will feature entrepreneurs who will share their experiences and explain how they overcame challenges to launch successful ventures.

Speakers include Lev Gershman, Managing Partner of Tideline Partners; Joy Hou, co-founder and CEO of Metis Real Estate Network; and Tadd Miller, CEO of Milhaus Development.

The entrepreneurs will explain how they identified the opportunity, launched their companies, built their teams, financed their ventures, engaged key sector collaborators, and created their corporate cultures. The event is invitation only and limited to 75 ULI Full Members.
