Colorado developer Susan Powers is a real estate leader with vision. Her projects, such as Aria Denver, serve as a model for integrating a holistic approach to health into real estate. ULI Partners Share Resources for Fostering Creative, Healthy, and Engaged Communities
ULI’s Building Healthy Places partners are working on exciting initiatives to deepen understanding and action on health-promoting community development.
- The Kresge Foundation has shared two case studies highlighting how creative placemaking strategies can help catalyze equitable, community-driven development. New Report Explores Urban Mobility in the Asia Pacific Region
ULI Asia Pacific and the Centre for Liveable Cities in Singapore have released Urban Mobility: 10 Cities Leading the Way in Asia-Pacific, which highlights cities across the Asia Pacific region that are using active transport to solve urban mobility challenges.
