To answer these questions, Building for Wellness: The Business Case highlights 13 projects of varying product type and scale that were developed with health and wellness in mind. Two of the featured projects are 2012 ULI Housing Awards winners:

• The Century Building, Pittsburgh, PA (TREK Development Group)
• Via Verde, New York, NY (Phipps Houses, Jonathan Rose Companies)

In addition a third featured project was developed by Terwilliger Center National Advisory Board member Robert M. Sharpe:

Building for Wellness is the latest report release from ULI’s Building Healthy Places Initiative.
