The City of Nashua, New Hampshire invites qualified developers to submit proposals for redevelopment of a City-owned parcel of land known as the “Nimco Propery” a defunct building with adjacent land area. The property is approximately 3+ acres.

All proposal must be submitted in accordance with requirements set forth in the RFP, and must be received in the offices of the City of Nashua’s Purchasing Department, 229 Main Street, Room 11 – Basement Level, Nashua NH, on or before Thursday June 29, 2023 by 3:00 PM. Late bids will not be considered.

A pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for May 16, 2023 at 3:00 PM at:

The deadline for developer questions is May 23, 2023 at 10:00 am. Answers will be posted June 1, 2023 at 3:00 pm.
