At the invitation of Renew Moline, a volunteer team of ULI members convened virtually in April 2021 to discuss downtown Moline and the future redevelopment in the I-74 area.

The panel was led by Rick Dishnica (The Dishnica Company, LLC) and included panelists Daniel Anderton (Dewberry), Michael Berne (MJB Consulting), Betty Massey (Mary Moody Northern Endowment), Tom Murphy (Urban Land Institute), Rick Reinhard (Niagara Consulting Group), Ann Taylor (Wide Ranging + Co), and Nancy P.
