Located in the heart of West London, the Mayfair Estate began a spirited venture to transform and rejuvenate a 100-acre (40 ha) space on its northern end. Since 2005, Grosvenor Group has been remodeling this underused sector of the public realm to create a truly mixed-use space through investment in new property developments and the retail mix.

In 2014, phase I of the Mayfair Estate transformation project was completed, effectively creating a dynamic quarter with vibrant architecture and public art, exciting independent retail businesses, upgraded office and residential space, and new public space, appealing to all the community’s various demographics.
