Lindsay Radford has more than a decade of healthcare consulting experience, working with clients ranging from complex academic medical systems to specialty single site healthcare organizations. She joined HOK in 2016 and is the firm’s regional leader for healthcare consulting. Her portfolio includes work on many of the top-ranked adult and pediatric academic medical centers. She is a trusted advisor, informing strategic plans, providing service line planning, analyzing data, defining community needs and optimizing resources across all care settings. Working closely with care teams, she leads large workshops, advises on lean processes and change management and influences the operational efficiencies and processes on projects. At HOK, Lindsay also plays an integral role in guiding business development efforts, analytics and tool creation and mentoring staff across the firm’s 23 offices. She is an industry thought leader, frequent speaker and author on topics including telehealth, healthcare delivery, facility master planning and market analysis strategies.
Prior to joining HOK, Lindsay served as a consultant at Huron Healthcare, focusing on clinical operations and delivery, care variation reduction, organization and utilization of care management and social work departments and tool conversions and implementations (e.g., EMRs, Bedboards, Command Centers, Virtual Care Platforms). She also guided healthcare organizations in analytics, benchmarking, and dashboard creation.
Recently, in 2020, Lindsay and teammates were awarded First Place in Work Design Magazine’s The Next Work Environment global competition for their winning submission titled “A New Change Management Process: Realizing A Human-Centric Workplace.” In 2019, Lindsay published “A Guide to Implementing Telehealth Within Healthcare Organizations.”
Lindsay earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Washington State University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri. Lindsay also earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. She is also a member of The American College of Healthcare Executives. Lindsay is a volunteer, community advocate and foster home for animal rescue.
