Jess Blanch is a Senior Program Director at Enterprise Community Partners, where she works to catalyze the development of affordable homes co-located with community-serving facilities like early learning centers, health clinics, and other services across the Pacific Northwest.
Jess has devoted her career to manifesting more resilient and equitable communities through her work in the built environment. Over nearly twenty years she has been a designer, developer, researcher, and advocate for affordable housing, community and healthcare facilities, and planning which benefits everyone, but especially our most vulnerable neighbors and our planet. She is particularly passionate about equitable access to healthier building materials as an environmental and social justice issue.
Jess is a licensed architect in the state of Washington, and co-chairs the ULI Northwest Affordable and Workforce Housing Product Council. She holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.
