2021 Home Attainability Index
The Home Attainability Index is a data-rich resource for understanding the extent to which a housing market is providing attainable housing.
The Curtis Infrastructure Initiative has launched a Infrastructure Quality, Priorities, and Trends Survey, aimed at understanding the real estate and land use industry’s perception on infrastructure and the direction it should take in the years ahead..
The ULI Curtis Infrastructure Initiative is interested in understanding your perception on infrastructure quality and priorities in the years ahead to support investment in the right types of infrastructure projects to enhance real estate value.
Infrastructure is a building block for communities everywhere encompassing transportation, critical utilities, means of communication, and the places that connect us and build community. Without these critical investments—either by the public or private sector—real estate development wouldn’t be possible.
Given the many unknowns about the future, we need your input as a professional working in real estate, urban development, and land use. Therefore, we are very pleased to invite you to participate in this survey. Your contribution will provide useful insights on how a thoughtful approach to infrastructure addresses both the pressing needs of today and improves diverse communities for the long term.
The survey contains 6 questions and should take no longer than 7-10 minutes to complete. The information you provide will be anonymous and treated as strictly confidential, with reporting only taking place at an aggregated level in a report to be published later this year.
The deadline for responding is Friday, May 7. To learn more about the Curtis Infrastructure Initiative, please visit uli.org/infrastructure. Should you have any queries, please contact Clay Daneker, Senior Associate of the Curtis Infrastructure Initiative ([email protected]).
