Infinity Tower is a new development in São Paulo, Brazil, with 35,000 square meters of leasable space spread among 18 office floors, each measuring approximately 1,900 square meters, with 400 square meters of ground-floor retail and five levels of underground parking. The floor-to-floor height of each office is 4.68 meters, with a finished-ceiling height of 3.15 meters. The building is equipped with backup generators for the base building’s energy needs, and several tenants have also installed dedicated backup power. In addition, the structure has obtained LEED Gold certification.

The 118-meter tower sits on a landscaped, street-level plaza and is integrated with the neighborhood, with pedestrian access and shaded walkways. The lobby features a curving glass wall and wood accents, provides natural light, and is surrounded by an exterior reflecting pool. A covered porte-cochère is located adjacent to the lobby’s main entry. The curved glass curtain wall has exterior fins to control sunlight and minimize glare. Office floors feature private balconies, providing additional light and views of the skyline.
