WLI Prologis Leaders Program
WLI Prologis Leaders Program
Applications are now closed for the 2025 ULI Spring Meeting WLI Prologis Leaders Program.
We are pleased to partner with Prologis to offer scholarships to a select group of women members to participate in the ULI Spring Meeting in Denver from May 12 – 14. Since 2014, the WLI and Prologis have provided achievement scholarships to select women members for participation in the ULI Spring Meeting. This program recognizes members’ contributions to ULI and their commitment to real estate. Applicants must have 7+ years in the industry, demonstrated leadership within their District Council, and the ability to articulate the benefits of WLI involvement.
WLI Prologis Leaders FAQs
What is the Prologis Leaders Award Program?
The Prologis Leaders Award has been around for the past 11 years to support the professional development of all women ULI members. The program is a unique opportunity to support mid-career females in our industry to attend the Spring Meeting 2025. The program is meant to raise the visibility and number of women leaders in ULI and on Product Councils. The award recognizes 10 women each year for their contributions to ULI, demonstrated commitment to real estate and land use issues, as well as their ongoing involvement in the Women’s Leadership Initiative. This award covers these 10 women’s registration and travel expenses to attend the Spring Meeting as well as provides a guest spot and connects women members with experienced Product Council members as a Mentor.
How are WLI Prologis Leaders selected?
As part of the Program, WLI selects 10 product council-ready women through a highly vetted application process. The committee reviews every application through multiple rounds of selection. The committee reviews each application on the following criteria:
1. Leverage Experience
2. Leadership Role within ULI
3. Leadership Work/Community
4. Genuine Interest in ULI Product Council
As a part of the application process, women are asked to review all Product Councils and select their top three choices. Once the top 10 women are selected, the committee works to match them with a Product Council and assigned mentor.
What are the expectations of being a Prologis Leader?
· Must attend the Pre-Meeting Information Zoom Call
· Connect with your Mentor at least once before the Meeting
· Arrive on May 11th for a Prologis Leaders Dinner
· Attend the Prologis Welcome Reception on May 12
· Attend your Product Council Dinner on May 13
· Attend, be fully present, and network on Council Day – May 14
· Attend other WLI events, as possible, during the Meeting
· Post-Meeting – ULI write-up about experience and Product Council thank you follow-ups
· Must attend a post-meeting debrief call.
Can I pick my mentor?
On the application, you will have the opportunity to identify your top 3 Product Council choices. Please inform WLI if there is a preference for a potential mentor match. Otherwise, the committee is responsible for the actual pairing of participants.
Does my relationship with my Mentor end when the Meeting is over?
A relationship, even a mentoring one is a two-way street. You are welcome to continue your relationship after the end of the program, but that is up to the two of you to decide when the Meeting ends. Many Leaders choose to continue their relationship with their assigned Mentor.
What is the timeline for Application & Review?
December 10 – January 31: Application Live
2. February 1 – February 10: Applications reviewed by Selection Committee
3. Late February – Product Council & Mentor Matching
4. March – Cohort Announced and Mentors identified

What are the expectations of a Prologis Leader Mentor?
· Confirm and finalize a guest spot for your assigned WLI Prologis mentee, you’re your Council Chair. Council Chairs have been made aware of the WLI Prologis Leadership program but might need a reminder about this specific program and how the leaders are selected. Once the guest is approved, inform WLI Leadership.
· Make yourself available before the Meeting – speak with your assigned Prologis Leader at least once prior to the Spring Meeting. If available, attend the pre-meeting informational call with both Prologis Leaders and Mentors.
· Send your Prologis Leader the Product Council agenda prior to the meeting for review.
· Attend the Prologis Welcome Reception on Monday. If not available, please send another member of your Product Council to attend.
· Support Introductions of your Leader to other members of your Product Council at Dinner and on Council Day. Engage with your Leader throughout the Meeting. By sharing your expertise on a Product Council, you’ll help boost a Leader’s experience at the Meeting.
· We know potential mentors sometimes worry about time constraints or feel they might not have enough to offer. But rest assured, the commitment is manageable, and everyone has something to offer!
Who can become a mentor?
The Program is open to any Product Council member, who wants to give back and advance women on their career development and access to the Product Council experience, by offering mentorship and support. We welcome both women and men as Mentors.
How much time should I expect to commit?
You should expect to meet with your Leader once or twice prior to the Meeting. You will also be asked to attend the virtual pre-meeting informational call. During the meeting, we ask that you attend the Welcome Reception to show your support for your Leader. Finally, we ask that you engage with your Leader throughout the Meeting, especially during the Product Council dinner and Council Day, helping to make introductions and answer questions.

A relationship, even a mentoring, one is a two-way street. You are welcome to continue your relationship after the end of the program, but that is up to the two of you to decide when the Meeting ends. Many Leaders choose to continue their relationship with their assigned Mentor.

“The WLI Prologis program provided a unique opportunity to connect with other like-minded and driven female professionals. I admired many of the ways the other Prologis scholarship recipients were leaders in their community, setting the bar professionally, and still managing to find time to give back through ULI. I greatly appreciated being included amongst other impressive leaders from across the country.”
