Hysan Place is a 40-story, Grade-A office development located in the heart of Hong Kong’s prime shopping mecca, Causeway Bay. Developed by Hysan, the area’s largest commercial landlord, the project is the first new Grade-A office building in Causeway Bay in 15 years.

Configured with commercial offices above 17 floors of retail space, its massing consists of a series of shifting forms, each tailored to its specific function. These forms generate vertical gardens over the height of the building, providing rooftop oases for users and openings for prevailing breezes to pass through the building. Hysan Place enhances occupier health and productivity by providing natural daylight, occupant control of natural ventilation, and public access to the fourth-floor sky garden. Progressive in terms of its sustainable specifications, Hysan Place aims to remain competitive and commercially successful through its planning flexibility.
