The City of Nashua, New Hampshire invites qualified developers to submit proposals for redevelopment of a City-owned parcel of land known as the “Elm Street Middle School Site” a former Middle School building of approximately 150,000 SQ/FE built on top of roughly 9.0 acres of land.

The City of Nashua’s Board of Aldermen have expressed interest in seeing a portion of the land being redeveloped for affordable housing with an eye toward a low-income housing tax credit project. This is a large site where a mixed-income and mixed used development project is preferred.

All proposals must be submitted in accordance with requirements set forth in the RFP, and must be received in the offices of the City of Nashua’s Purchasing Department, 229 Main Street, Room 11 – Basement Level, Nashua NH, on or before September 13, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Late proposals will not be considered.
