The only constant is change. That saying certainly applies to the dramatic demographic shifts underway globally. Here in the U.S., these shifts are impacting how, where and what we build. Demographics will be a focus of the Terwilliger Center’s upcoming Housing Opportunity 2013 conference March 20-22 in Seattle, WA.
What Future Demand Means for Housing Opportunity (March 21 at 11:00 a.m.) will share ideas on creating and sustaining housing opportunities for individuals and families across a range of incomes in the face of rapidly shifting demographics and preferences.
