Each year, the ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing awards program highlights the efforts of leaders across the country working to expand housing opportunity. Nominations for the awards program in 2015 will be accepted through March 16, 2015.

The center’s awards programs focus on two key aspects of the industry:

• Exemplary affordable and workforce housing developments that meet affordable and workforce housing needs in the local community are recognized through the Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Workforce Housing Awards

• Innovative state and local policy initiatives that provide ongoing and sustainable support for affordable and workforce housing and recognized through the Robert C. Larson Housing Policy Leadership Awards
