Why Harbor East?

Harbor East is Baltimore’s newest waterfront neighborhood. This vibrant development is one of the city’s most exciting new areas, offering a wide array of upscale residential, class A offices, hotels including A Four Seasons Five Star Hotel and lots of entertainment venues. The 65-acre property extends from Pier Six pavilion east to South Caroline Street in an area that until recently has remained largely undeveloped. When it is complete, Harbor East will include 2,500 residential units, 1.4 million square feet of Class-A office space, 7 hotels with 2,100 hotel rooms, a 7-screen Landmark theatre, and a Maryland Athletic Club. This $3 billion investment is a rebirth of development, and provides a new urban destination for Baltimore residents and tourists alike to live, work, play.
