Grant Meyer

Grant Meyer is Director of Project Management for the Fletcher Group in Lexington, KY. A 2010 graduate of Harvard University with a Master’s in Urban Planning (MUP) with Concentration in Real Estate Finance and Development, he has also completed a number of training and certification programs including the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP); Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP); Karrass Effective Negotiating; and he is a 2016 graduate of Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Economic Development’s Leadership Institute. His prior work experience includes planning, consulting, economic development, and pharmacy management. Prior to
Fletcher Group, Grant served as the Director of Community Planning for the nationally recognized Community Development Foundation of Tupelo, MS.
Grant has a unique blend of professional experiences that connect at the intersection of healthcare, public policy, real estate finance, and government relations which all relate to creating healthy, livable spaces. In his current role, these experiences serve to advance the vision of the Fletcher Group in its mission to improve health and expand the quality and quantity of facilities for substance abuse treatment.
In his volunteer work, he served on the board of Faith Haven, a critical care emergency facility of United Way for children who have been removed from abusive or neglectful situations or have been abandoned.
In addition, from 2015-2018 he served a three year term as volunteer State Director of Government Relations in Mississippi for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where he advocated for and coordinated the interests of Mississippi’s retail businesses both in Jackson and in Washington D.C.
