WASHINGTON (January 30, 2014) — The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Greenprint Center for Building Performance, a worldwide alliance of leading real estate owners, investors and financial institutions committed to improving energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions across the global property industry, has announced the addition of Granite Properties as a new member.
Granite Properties is a privately held commercial real estate investment and management company with offices in Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Houston and Los Angeles. The company focuses its expertise, business approach and financial resources on adding value to its communities. Since 1991, Granite Properties has acquired or developed more than 20 million square feet of commercial real estate.
