Intern, Global Partnerships


Global corporate account growth is a fundamental pillar of ULI’s Strategic Plan; success in this area provides incremental revenue to support ULI in delivering its mission-related activities and will provide a direct opportunity to drive membership growth, support the Foundation campaign and provide direct access to untapping content and thought leadership for all our members.

We anticipate that a Summer Intern can support our ability to fast track corporate revenue in FY21 by supporting retention and growth activities across the global corporate landscape.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual who will assist in the innovation and development of corporate pipelines and helping to close immediate opportunities.

This is both a research and operational role, with the potential for some member facing support.


  • Proactive outreach for driving increased event attendance at the upcoming global meetings designed specifically to target new member registrations and participation
  • Conduct a web-based research project to fully understand current and prospective Global Partner sponsorship, thought leadership and engagement opportunities globally.
  • Identify a pipeline of non-traditional, corporate organizations whose thought leadership and content strategy are compatible with ULI’s mission.
  • Conduct competitor analysis across global membership organizations to support our continued brand enhancement and improved value proposition for corporate accounts
  • Work in conjunction with the IT team to support widespread adoption of the CRM program


  • Ability to produce written reports showing trends, themes and hypotheses
  • Ability to design and create presentations which analyze current state and clearly articulate a narrative for potential future states
  • Skilled in web-based research
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work with some ambiguity
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and identify process efficiency opportunities
  • Possess strong communication skills both verbal and written


  • No specific sector knowledge is necessary, but experience in market research and analysis classwork/projects is preferred
