Flex Space and Experience Council (FSEC)
Mission
The mission of the FSEC is to explore flex space, as opposed to a traditional leasing model, by convening the leaders in this product type to discuss the current challenges and collaborate to provide best practices on the economics of flex space and the importance of the experience. The Council will involve a diverse community of operators, developers, vendors, investors, financiers, public sector employees, professionals, and practitioners to share their views on challenges, opportunities, approaches, models, and new ideas relating to flex space. Council members will leverage Meetings locations to tour nuanced flex spaces and speak with local real estate professionals to better understand how different companies are evolving.
