At the Building Healthy Places Interest Forum in Detroit, ULI members from across the country explored how the city, with the help of Reimagining the Civic Commons, is harnessing investment in parks and public spaces — both existing and new — to heal and reinvigorate neighborhoods devastated by Detroit’s tough economic times.
