    Owen Thomas

    Chief Executive Officer, BXP

    Owen D. Thomas is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Boston Properties. He is a Director of Lehman Brothers Holdings and served as its first Chairman from 2012 until 2013 when he joined Boston Properties. Prior to Lehman, Mr. Thomas was with Morgan Stanley for 24 years serving in a number of different roles, business units and locations, including Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Asia and Chairman of Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities, while living in Hong Kong from 2008 until 2011. He also held the roles of President of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Head of Morgan Stanley Real Estate and served on Morgan Stanley's Management Committee from 2005 until 2011. Mr. Thomas is the Global Chairman of the Urban Land Institute, a Director of the Urban Land Institute Foundation, a Director of the Real Estate Roundtable, and a member of the Executive Board of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. He is a Director of Episcopal Charities of New York and formerly Chairman of the Pension Real Estate Association and Director of the University of Virginia Investment Management Company. He attended and is a former Trustee of Woodberry Forest School, received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

    Catherine Lynne Troisi

    Associate Professor of Management, Policy, and Community Health and Epidemiology, University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston

    Catherine Troisi holds appointments in the Management, Policy, & Community Health department as well as the Epidemiology, Human Genetics, and Environmental Sciences department at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) School of Public Health. She also is an executive board member of the American Public Health Association. She is the Co-Coordinator, Leadership Theory and Practice Certificate. She is active within the public health practice community, having served as the Director, Office of Public Health Practice, 2008 - 2010; Incident Commander for the Houston Department of Health and Human Services during the H1N1 response and also Incident Commander for the city of Houston Hurricane Katrina shelter. She also has served as the assistant director for Disease Prevention & Control, Houston Department of Health and Human Services and the bureau chief for HIV/STD Prevention, Houston Department of Health and Human Services, 2003-2004.

    Mary Ludgin

    Senior Managing Director & Director of Global Investment Research, Heitman

    Mary Ludgin is Heitman’s Head of Global Investment Research. She is a partner of the firm and holds a seat on its investment, valuation, and global management committees. She holds an AB from Vassar College and an MA and Ph.D. from Northwestern University. Mary was a Global Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and she chaired ULI’s Chicago District Council. She sits on the board of ULI’s Center for Sustainability and Economic Performance. She served as Chair of the Pension Real Estate Association, President of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries, and President of the Real Estate Research Institute. Mary is a fellow of the Homer Hoyt Institute for Real Estate Research and a member of LAI, the honorary real estate society. Mary was the 2019 recipient of the Pension Real Estate Association’s James A. Graaskamp award, which recognizes researchers whose work contributes to the common body of knowledge regarding real estate investment.

    Collete English Dixon

    Executive Director, Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate, Roosevelt University

    Collete English Dixon has more than 30 years in investment management with a focus on commercial real estate investing. Prior to her current role at Roosevelt University, she was Executive Director - Transactions for PGIM Real Estate (formerly known as PREI), a business unit of Prudential Financial, and co-leader of PREI’s national investment dispositions program. In that role, she oversaw the sale of more than 201 investment properties located throughout the US, with a total value of more than $8.7 Billion, on behalf of PREI’s investment funds. Prior to her role in dispositions, English Dixon was responsible for sourcing more than $2.75B of wholly-owned and joint venture real estate investment opportunities in the Midwestern markets covering all property types, including office, multi-family, hotel, industrial and retail properties. Collete’s experience also includes property development and asset management. She is a Past President of CREW Network, a Past Chair of the CREW Network Foundation, a Past President of CREW Chicago, a full member of ULI and the 2016-2019 Chair of the UDMU Council/Purple. She is a former member of the Advisory Board for the Graaskamp Center at the University of Wisconsin, a former board member of Lambda Alpha International-Ely Chapter and of the Chicago Forum of the International Women’s Forum. English Dixon's current board involvements include Housing Partnership Equity Trust (HPET), BREX, the Oak Park River Forest Food Pantry and the Chicago forum of the International Women's Forum (IWF Chicago).
