To allow for intimate conversation, seats are limited and registrants should select the exact restaurant of their interest.

    Rioja (Mediterranean)
In an industry traditionally dominated by men, and in a city often overlooked by national food media, Jennifer Jasinski made history as the first Denver chef to shatter the Mile High glass ceiling, winning the James Beard Award for Best Chef Southwest in 2013. Her menu showcases Mediterranean-inspired flavors, with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients. Each dish pairs beautifully with a selection of Spanish wines from her partner Beth Gruitch’s thoughtfully curated list.
Vegetarian and Gluten Free Options available

    Chez Maggy (French)
Michelin-starred chef Ludo Lefebvre brings his culinary artistry to Chez Maggy, blending French brasserie traditions with Mile High charm. A tribute to his Denver family, Chef Lefebvre embraces his heritage to offer a fresh take on classic French dishes, incorporating locally sourced ingredients and flavors from Colorado.
Vegetarian and Gluten Free Options available

    Ulteria (Spanish/Portuguese)
James Beard Best Chef Southwest Jennifer Jasinski, along with business partner Beth Gruitch opened Ultreia in the building’s Great Hall based on the shared plate pintxos (pronounced peen-chos) and tapas of the Iberian Peninsula countries of Spain and Portugal.
The word Ultreia has its roots in Latin, loosely translates to “onward” and refers to the words of encouragement shouted to pilgrims on their Camino de Santiago – a 1,000-year-old pilgrimage to the shrine of St. James in the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in Spain. It seemed a fitting name for a restaurant located in a transit hub.

    Bistro Vendôme (French)
Nestled in Denver's historic Larimer Square, this beloved bistro exudes classic French elegance with its warm, inviting ambiance. The menu is a celebration of traditional French cuisine, crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Bistro Vendôme's extensive wine list, featuring carefully selected French varietals, perfectly complements the menu.
