Beyond the increasing pressure from tenants and regulatory bodies, growing volumes of research show the financial, environmental, and technical benefits of all-electric buildings – and real estate owners and developers have already begun factoring this into their bottom line.     Andy Gunion

    East West Partners

    Andy Gunion has lead East West Partners' development efforts at Snowmass Base Village, a LEED ND neighborhood, since 2016. Andy has worked with East West since 2004, serving in various positions including Chief Financial Officer and Project Manager, including on the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO. Andy holds an MBA and Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California as well as a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In his spare time Andy enjoys snowboarding, hiking, cycling, yoga and guitar.

    Barry Hooper

    Sr. Green Building Coordinator, SF Dept of Environment

    Barry Hooper is Green Building Coordinator at SF Environment, where he manages implementation of the city’s building performance labeling and energy audit requirements for commercial buildings. He is the department lead for San Francisco's Green Building Code for new construction and provides technical support to the Department of Building Inspection. Barry Hooper has previously worked as Green Building and Energy Coordinator at the City of San Jose and served as Energy Commissioner for the County of Santa Cruz.

    Becca Timms

    Director of ESG, Jamestown L.P.

    Becca Rushin is the Vice President of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility at Jamestown. She leads initiatives through the Jamestown Green program and the Jamestown Charitable Foundation. Prior to joining Jamestown in 2012, Ms. Rushin worked as a local government consultant for Clark Patterson Lee, where she served as Community Development Coordinator and Sustainability Commission Staff Liaison for the City of Dunwoody. She is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and holds LEED AP O+M and BOMI-HP credentials. Ms. Rushin is an active volunteer with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Environmental Policy from Sewanee: the University of the South and a Master of Science in Sustainable Development: Environmental Policy and Management from Utrecht University.

    Brenden McEneaney

    Senior Vice President, Integral Group

    Brenden leads consulting work at Integral Group, the global leader in deep green engineering and low carbon design. He advises some of the largest global companies on climate and sustainability strategy. Brenden has over 15 years of experience in energy and carbon solutions in the built environment at all scales – from home renovations to campus master plans to statewide regulations. ‍ In previous roles, Brenden has served as Pacific Region Director for the US Green Building Council and Director for Urban Resilience at the Urban Land Institute. Brenden is a LEED AP (BD+C) and has lectured internationally on sustainability, green building, and environmental policy. He is a graduate of the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies and of Yale University. He lives in Northern California and spends his free time trying to keep up with his curious and rambunctious kids.
