Sustainability in real estate is constantly evolving, and the year has seen exceptional growth in new commitments to net zero, adoption of new green proptech, acceleration in embodied carbon reduction, and more. The ULI Greenprint's annual State of Green: Performance Report delivers insights into the real estate industry’s progress on reducing carbon emissions, energy use, water use, and waste, and achieving the Greenprint Net Zero Operations by 2050 goal. For the first time ever, voluntary refrigerants data was also collected. Greenprint members have also implemented industry leading efforts in reducing embodied carbon and exploring low carbon materials in their projects. Join this webinar to learn how the industry improved on environmental performance from 2023-2024, and what the future of green buildings looks like in 2025.
