In 2020, ULI Americas committed to diversity, equity and inclusion within Urban Land Institute, its member companies, and the real estate industry. ULI signed the Paradigm for Parity Call to Action. This month, to celebrate International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month theme of “Choose to Challenge”, the ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative and the ULI Americas DEI Initiative present a Virtual Conversation to learn real-time solutions and how their companies’ cultures are transforming around the values of diversity, equity and inclusion.
