Designed for anyone that is new to the commercial real estate industry, thinking of joining the industry, or wanting to refresh their knowledge, the non-credit, Principles of Real Estate Finance and Investment Certificate is a great way to build a strong foundation in real estate financial literacy, vocabulary, skills, and tools. This certificate consists of three courses totaling 24 hours of instruction in addition to supplemental readings, exercises, and worksheets. A certificate will be granted upon successful completion of the required course components, including proficiency exams for each course.
