The ULI Greenprint Center for Building Performance’s annual State of Green: Performance Report delivers insights into the real estate industry’s progress on reducing carbon emissions, energy use, water use, and waste, and achieving the Greenprint Net Zero Operations by 2050 goal. For the first time ever, voluntary embodied carbon data was also collected. Greenprint members have also implemented industry leading efforts in reducing embodied carbon and exploring low carbon materials in their projects.     Caroline is responsible for strategically directing, managing, and advancing the sustainability goals for Pembroke’s global portfolio. Leveraging her prior experience as a Director of Development managing projects and collaborating across our global teams, Caroline applies a pragmatic approach to continuously improving the sustainability, resiliency and wellbeing of our assets. Led significant energy performance enhancements at 100 California Street Incorporated an all-electric design into the redevelopment of 25 Cannon Street, achieving BREEAM Excellent Achieved WELL Health-Safety Ratings, or in process, across all markets Led Materiality Assessment and Energy Consumption data analysis for the Portfolio


    Joe Williams

    Development Director, Pembroke

    Joe is responsible for managing development and major capital projects within Pembroke’s UK portfolio. He has over 15 years of experience across large scale developments in London. Joe took a crucial role in the delivery of 25 Cannon Street, Pembroke’s signature asset in London, with responsibilities including the strategic planning, development and programme management. He ensured the wellbeing, environmental resilience and smart building technology approach was in alignment with Pembroke’s corporate strategy and objectives. With 25 Cannon Street complete and lease, Joe is now focused on the revitalisation of 41 Lothbury in the City of London.


    Becca Timms

    Director of ESG, Jamestown L.P.

    Becca Timms is the Director of ESG at Jamestown. She leads environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives through the Jamestown Green program. Prior to joining Jamestown in 2012, Ms. Timms worked as a local government consultant for Clark Patterson Lee, where she served as Community Development Coordinator and Sustainability Commission Staff Liaison for the City of Dunwoody. She is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and holds a LEED AP O+M credential. Ms. Timms is an active volunteer with the Urban Land Institute, the US Green Building Council, and Community Farmers Markets. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Environmental Policy from Sewanee: the University of the South and a Master of Science in Sustainable Development: Environmental Policy and Management from Utrecht University.
