    Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, RXR Realty

    Scott is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of RXR, an innovative investor, developer, and place-maker committed to applying a customer and community-centered approach to all aspects of its business. RXR manages over 30 million square feet of commercial properties with a gross asset value of $18.0 billion. Scott is currently finishing a 3-year term on the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

    Faron Hill

    Founder and President, Peregrine Oak

    Faron is Co-Founder of Vastion Capital and Founder and President of Peregrine Oak, a commercial real estate advisory firm in Atlanta that specializes in capital solutions for complex transactions. Active in ULI since 2004, Hill serves as chair of the ULI Foundation and has held various leadership roles, including on the Global Board of Directors and as a Governing Trustee.
