The world of business and commerce continues to change at a dizzying pace, requiring us to lead in new and different ways. Are your leadership practices keeping up? Many of us continue to lead in ways that were effective for us years ago, but are these the very best practices for today…and especially tomorrow?

Join us for a lively and thought-provoking webinar with Carol Murray and Constance Moore, leading coaches/consultants with extensive experience in real estate and related industries and deep ties with the ULI community.

During the one-hour webinar, participants will learn:

  • How leadership best practices are evolving to keep up with our changing business climate;
  • The competencies most highly correlated to leadership effectiveness and business results;
  • What millennials want from their leaders, and why it’s pushing us to lead at our best;
  • The difference between “masculine” and “feminine” power, and why you need both;
  • The mindset you can adopt to ignite growth and development for yourself and others; and
  • The two daily habits of the highest rated leaders.
