As the real estate industry moves toward more efficient and environmentally friendly operations overall, opportunities for sustainability in hotels are often overlooked.

However, some hotel owners and operators are using targeted sustainability initiatives to achieve savings through energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste reduction. When combined with amenities that improve comfort and connect guests to the local community, sustainability can also play a strong role in enhancing the overall guest experience.

Following the recent release of new ULI research, Sustainability in Hotels, this webinar will showcase best practices that add real value to the bottom line and highlight trends to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
