A Real Estate Entrepreneur Program

The small-scale development entrepreneur is presented with both opportunities and challenges. Of the myriad challenges facing the small scale developer, perhaps the most daunting is securing adequate financing to bring a project to completion. This can be especially true for less-experienced developers that lack a track record. This new ULI program will help you gain a better understanding of capital sources, and provide counsel on how to position your company and your project to secure needed capital.

Through presentations, expert panel discussions, instructive dialogues, and real-world illustrations, you will develop a keener insight into how different capital sources view your deal, and what drives the capital-funding decision. Enjoy enhanced networking opportunities with experienced ULI leaders and your peers at a cocktail reception and dinner on the evening of day one.
