Senior Associate, Advisory Services and Global Leadership
This is a full-time, exempt position, located in Washington, DC.
The Director position entails a combination of external relationship building, district council project management, and policy analysis. The Director must demonstrate strong organizational skills, an interest in collaborative exchanges, strong facilitation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Director should be familiar with the land use industry, including issues regarding housing, commercial development, and sustainability and resilience.
While the many of efforts and projects will relate to housing and mobility initiatives, the Director must be willing to work broadly toward ULI’s mission, specifically in the priority areas of regional economic competitiveness.
The Director should anticipate a return to an office environment in 2022 for at least some portion of the work week once it is safe to return to the office in person.
