This walkable 750,000 square-foot neighborhood destination features Denver’s first pedestrian Alley, offering a progressive experience of curated shopping, dining and libations within a historic full city block once occupied by Windsor Dairy.
Designed to meet Denver’s high innovation standards, Dairy Block is a world-class shopping, dining, and hospitality destination. Guests step into a progressive and cumulative experience – a movable feast for the eyes, touching all the senses. The Alley is the soul of the project, creating buzz with weekly activations.
Dairy Block offers 73,000 square feet of prime restaurant and retail space, along with 250,000 square feet of LEED Gold certified office space, and the independent 172-key modern boutique Maven Hotel. The Maven offers an energetic lobby, artful design, a 2,300 square foot ballroom, social club Poka Lola, and onsite Kachina restaurant. Tenants and guests enjoy access to the 4,500 square foot Fitness Center overlooking The Alley. Dairy Block includes a diverse mix of businesses and serves as local headquarters for McWhinney, ProLogis, and Romano’s Macaroni Grill, in addition to CTRL Collective’s shared office space and several others.
Curated by NINE dot ARTS, Dairy Block’s art collection includes 700+ original art pieces valued at more than $1 million. Dairy Block employs 450 people, attracts 2 million people and offers direct connections to public transportation. Collaborating with non-profits and supporting local causes is part of its DNA.
