Join Juanita Hardy, ULI Senior Visiting Fellow for Creative Placemaking and Ben Stone, Director of Arts and Culture for Smart Growth America, at the Creative Placemaking Breakfast at Fall Meeting in Los Angeles. This event will feature two creative placemaking workshops; one organized by ULI Detroit, involving an expansion of the Henry Ford Health System and the other organized by ULI Triangle, which examined infrastructure enhancements to the Triangle Regional Transit System. Hardy and Stone participated in both workshops and will share how creative placemaking interventions can be leveraged at the intersection of health and real estate to help revitalize places in a way that serves a community’s interests while building the character and quality of place.

Note: Because registration is not required, please arrive early as attendees will be welcomed on a first come, first serve until capacity is reached.
