Marketing and Communications Forum
Marketing and communications roles are essential to successful real estate development and ownership. The objective of the ULI Americas Marketing Communications (MarCom) Forum is to bring together experienced real estate professionals who work in the marketing, branding, digital marketing, communications, public relations, and/or design functions in their organizations. The MarCom Forum allows the top MarCom real estate professionals in the Americas to engage, learn, and share best practices and lessons learned with others in similar roles.
The ULI Americas MarCom Forum is a selective membership group of some of the most senior marketing communications professionals in the real estate industry. Applications open every spring and Forum leadership strategically selects a limited number of new members each ULI fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).

We expect our members and guests to refrain from direct promotion of their company, services, and products so that we can all enjoy the fellowship of a shared community peer group. Behaviors that are prohibited include direct sales approaches either at our events or via electronic communication; adding members en masse to email marketing lists; aggressive sales tactics of any kind; and disparaging any other companies in the same industry. We are here to learn from one another and share our expertise; if members and guests mutually agree to explore doing business with one another, we encourage those individuals to take it offline by mutual agreement and communicate separately from our events and community forums.
