The Americas YLG Steering Committee and Sub-Committees will meet throughout the year to plan YLG-focused events for Fall and Spring Meeting, support the Young Leaders Exchange, as well as coordinate additional programs and initiatives that further the mission of ULI.
The “Emerging Leaders Product Council Program,” by application, is a program that offers a one-time opportunity for emerging member leaders (both YLG and NEXT) who have sufficient professional experience and are active in the District Council system to guest at a Product Council Day meeting and/or reception/dinner at the ULI Fall or Spring Meeting. What sets the program participants from other Product Council guest applicants is the thorough vetting and pairing process the committee commences. The program will be announced at the 2022 Fall Meeting in Dallas and applications will be available on a rolling basis.
*This is a member-only opportunity to gain industry knowledge and access to Key Leaders.
The Americas Young Leaders Exchange is an annual program hosted by one of the Americas District Councils to introduce Urban Land Institute members under 35 years to other markets. YLG members across the Americas gather in a chosen District Council city to explore unique project developments, applications of new property technology, and opportunities in other real estate markets. The Young Leaders Exchange is a fantastic opportunity for YLG members to create relationships with fellow YLGs across the Americas and connect with industry leaders.
*Applications to host the 2023 Spring Exchange will open after Fall Meeting.
