ULI NEXT supports the mission by identifying, connecting, and elevating the next generation of leaders for the built environment and ULI globally. NEXT engages and supports industry professionals, 35 – 50 years old, who are in transition from mid-career to senior leadership within their organizations.

NEXT members come from diverse backgrounds, industries, and experiences but share a common interest in shaping real estate and the built environment. In mid-career or during a career change, NEXT members value networking, connections, and making a difference in their communities.

ULI NEXT is a distinct affinity group where mid-career leaders can engage in discussions around topics that impact their businesses, help them develop professionally, and support a deeper understanding of the community in which they live. The affinity group offers national and local platforms for networking and knowledge sharing within the Americas and district council network, developing industry best practices, leadership skills, and career success.

If you are a ULI member between 35 – 50 years old, you can participate in NEXT-specific programming, including special workshops and roundtable discussions at the bi-annual meetings, along with gaining access to peers across the country.
