Celena Green is founder of FoundRE Inc., a proptech startup and social enterprise which aims to make it easier for small businesses to adapt and reuse industrial spaces. Celena has over 20 years of experience in project management, economic development, business growth strategy, entrepreneurship ecosystem building and leading public-private partnerships, both domestically and internationally. Celena also leads a consultancy, Teke Global Inc., which helps small businesses and social enterprises to develop the strategies, business processes, partnerships, and financing to strengthen their organizations and increase their impact. With roots in New York and Washington DC, currently residing in the Greater Chicagoland area, Celena has supported minority-owned small businesses and economic development organizations throughout the region, and helped numerous companies to pivot and build the resiliency needed to survive periods of economic decline.
